The VIP option adds a greeter at the arrivals barrier with a name board. Journeys outside these three are quoted on request, usually within the hour.

Is the fare really fixed?
Yes, after online prepayment. Named-route fares include tolls, airport parking and agreed waiting time. Pay the driver instead and the displayed price is an estimate; the meter determines the final fare.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number you give us and move the pickup to match. There is no charge for a delay outside your control.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, yourself. Use your booking reference and the email you booked with at elitetaxistandrews.co.uk/manage — free up to 12 hours before pickup.
How many passengers and bags fit?
A saloon takes four passengers with luggage. Five to seven travel in the estate or MPV — choose the passenger count and we will send the right car.
Do you take card payments?
Card or cash with the driver, or ask us for a secure card payment link when you book if you would rather settle the fare in advance.
